🚧 We’re Hiring: Project Engineer – SR400 Express Lanes (Georgia, USA) 🚧

We are excited to be part of one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the United States: the SR400 Express Lanes Project, a $4.6B development led in collaboration with key state transportation agencies.

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to support field operations and coordination, driving efficient execution through planning, documentation, and close collaboration with site teams to ensure progress, quality, and safety.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage 3-week lookahead schedules across key activities (structures, drainage, utilities, paving)
Monitor daily production and cost tracking aligned with WBS
Coordinate field operations ensuring materials, equipment, and permits are in place
Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Support compliance with GDOT, TIFIA, and environmental requirements
Collaborate with field teams in progress, safety, and coordination meetings
Track performance using Procore, HCSS, Bluebeam, and other tools
Support estimating, quantity takeoffs, and planning
Contribute to quality control and project closeout activities

🎓 What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3+ years of field experience in infrastructure, roadway, or bridge construction
Knowledge of GDOT, AASHTO, FHWA standards (a plus)
Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, HCSS
Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to site
